These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the e-commerce services, virtual malls, and marketing solutions provided by MADINA TRADING COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

Legal Agreement
By accessing our virtual stores, shops, or catalogs, you agree to be bound by these terms and the National e-Commerce Policy of Pakistan.

Eligibility
Users must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts. For B2B and B2G modes, the representative must have the authority to bind their respective organization.

Virtual Mall Operations
Vendors in our virtual malls are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions and pricing. The Company acts as the platform provider and e-commerce solution architect.

Multi-Modal Trade
We support B2B, B2C, B2G, G2B, C2C, and C2G modes. Each mode may have specific supplemental terms based on the nature of the parties involved.

Intellectual Property
All content, virtual mall designs, shopping catalogs, and software solutions are the intellectual property of Madina Trading Company. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using our platforms for the trade of illegal goods, fraudulent advertising, or any activity that violates the Laws of Pakistan.

Internet Marketing
We reserve the right to curate and manage internet advertising content to ensure it complies with the national Code of Conduct and moral standards.

Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect losses, downtime of virtual stores, or delays caused by third-party logistics or payment gateway failures.

Complaint Resolution
All disputes must first go through our internal Complaint Handling Procedure before seeking external legal recourse.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our e-commerce services for any user or vendor found in breach of these terms or the National Policy.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Jurisdiction for any legal matters shall be in the courts of Okara/Punjab.
