In accordance with the National e-Commerce Policy and the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, MADINA TRADING COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED maintains the following refund and complaint protocols:
Complaint Handling Procedure
As per our business charter, all complaints must be submitted via our official portal or email. We commit to acknowledging complaints within 48 hours and resolving them within 10 working days.
7-Day Return Window
For B2C consumer goods, customers have the right to return products within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the catalog description.
Condition for Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact. Used or altered items are not eligible for a refund.
Digital Services
Internet advertising, virtual mall setup fees, and e-commerce solution consulting are non-refundable once the service delivery has commenced.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain consumer goods (as specified in our virtual stores) are non-returnable unless delivered in a damaged state.
B2B and B2G Transactions
Refunds for bulk business or government contracts are governed by the specific terms of the individual service level agreement (SLA) or contract.
Inspection Period
Customers are encouraged to inspect goods upon delivery. For fragile items, claims for «Damage on Arrival» must be made within 24 hours.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash/Easypaisa) or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a company error (wrong item/defective), we cover the return shipping. For «change of mind» returns (where applicable), the customer bears the shipping cost.
Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of a bundle or catalog order is defective, the company may offer a proportional partial refund.
